We offer a friendly, professional genealogy service, whatever your requirements, big or small. Everybody has their own needs and expectations when requesting expert advise and guidance. We aim to meet and exceeds these expectations as you would expect from experienced genealogists. It is important that our customer are involved in all stages of our work, therefore communication is a key component to ensure that the expected outcome is met.

We NEVER fix the time needed to create your family history and usually provide at least 20+ hours even in our standard package. We NEVER limit the number of Census copies and usually aim to supply as many as are available. We NEVER charge you any extra on top of the standard  £9.25  for providing BMD certificates. We NEVER pad out  your family history research with heraldic gimmicks. We NEVER charge extra for your GEDCOM file.

We DO provide a detailed family history narrated report for all direct Paternal and Maternal family lines including siblings, full pedigree charts, any Military, Occupational, family and local history, Census reports and Frameable Family Tree Chart (Up to A0 depending on package taken). All our research documentation is  supplied in individual clear pockets within a presentation book binder. You also get a  full auto loading DVD with all this information for you to share with family and friends. We DO offer a real family heir loom to pass onto your future generations.
